Dr. Justin Ram is an international economist with over 25 years of experience in practice, research, development, and management. He has served as Director of Economics at the Caribbean Development Bank and held positions such as Senior Global Economist with WorleyParsons and Supervisory Economist with the Greater London Authority. Dr. Ram holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MSc in Economics from University College London, and a BSc in Economics from the University of the West Indies.
